A worn reamer comes off the job and gets written off. So does a PDC bit with cutters missing, and a rockmotor that’s given up its bearings.

Most of the time that’s a replacement invoice that didn’t have to happen.

 

WE REBUILD THEM


Teeth and cutters supplied and fitted. Hard-facing laid down. Bodies repaired. Rockmotor housings stripped, rebuilt and returned ready to drill.


You keep using a tool you’ve already paid for, instead of buying it twice.

Reamer refurbish & rebuild

Worn and broken teeth replaced, wear surfaces hard-faced, damaged bodies repaired – assessed tool by tool.

PDC bit refurbish & rebuild

Missing and damaged PDC cutters supplied and fitted, bodies repaired and hard-faced.

Rockmotor service & rebuild

Housings stripped and rebuilt in our workshop – or a service kit supplied with all bearings, bushes and seals if you’d rather do it on site.
