The X40 is a high-performance mid-range HDD rig in Goodeng’s new X-Series designed by and for Australia, built in collaboration with JB Trenchless specifically for Australian drilling conditions.

Delivering 180 kN thrust/pullback, 8,086 Nm torque, and 220 rpm, the X40 is engineered for serious productivity across metro works, utilities, and longer, more complex shots. Its compact footprint, and air-conditioned rotating cabin give operators exceptional control, comfort, and accuracy on every bore.

With 250 L/min mud flow, a 144 m rod basket, and Goodeng’s proven durability, the G40AU offers premium performance without stepping into a large-rig platform.
