G220AU

The G220AU is a heavy-duty horizontal directional drill from Goodeng’s new G-Series for Australia, sitting between the mid-size and maxi-class rigs in the range.

Developed in consultation with JB Trenchless, this range is specifically designed for the Australian conditions and needs. A new range of premium drills will give Australian drillers the combination of performance and value.

The G220AU is engineered for scaled HDD work that still demands mobility and speed: 1,480 kN of pullback, 41,900 N·m of torque, and a 291 kW Cummins diesel give it the muscle for crossings up to 1,000m and reaming diameters up to 1,500mm, while a 54 m/min thrust and pullback speed and 112 r/min rotation keep cycle times tight. An 800 L/min mud system, onboard 3-tonne crane, and fully enclosed, climate-controlled cab round out a rig built to handle Australian conditions without slowing the job down.
